1. Who we are

Beyanka (the “Service”) is operated by Beyanka Network LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“Beyanka”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Beyanka. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@beyanka.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Beyanka to:

• harass, threaten, stalk or impersonate any person;
• upload or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, non-consensual, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property;
• solicit, exchange or transact sexual services or any other illegal goods or services;
• publish personal data of other users without their consent (doxxing);
• circumvent moderation, age-verification, safety or security mechanisms;
• send spam, malware, or automate access without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Credits, gifts and Sparks

Beyanka offers an in-app currency called credits. Credits are used to send Sparks (1 credit) and Gifts (1–200 credits) inside the Service. Recipients of Gifts earn 40% of the spent value back as credits.

• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable outside applicable consumer-law withdrawal rights.
• Credits cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for currency, or redeemed for goods or services outside Beyanka.
• Gifts are a voluntary tip; they do not entitle the sender to any goods, services, or content in return.
• We may adjust prices, payouts and the catalog at any time, with notice for material changes.
• Credits and Sparks are the only paid features on Beyanka. We do not offer subscriptions or paid content unlocks.

EU/EEA consumers: by purchasing credits and using them inside the Service, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once credits are spent (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Beyanka a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and transmit your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service. We do not use your content to train third-party advertising models and we do not sell it.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@beyanka.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or applicable law. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyanka disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
